How All This Works
Take a look at our available collections, and choose a design that speaks to you. All of our suites have available a save the date card, an invitation card, an RSVP card, an info card, and a folding thank you card, so no matter which design you choose, you can be assured that you will have as complete a set as you need.
Keep in mind that Ephemora suites are limited edition and may sell out. If you have your eye on a particular suite, don’t wait another month to order! That suite might not be available when you get back.

Go ahead and complete your purchase right here on the website. You will immediately receive our Event Details form, which you will use to communicate your customization needs to us, in your email inbox.
Fill out that form
Check your email and start filling out your form with things like the names of those being celebrated, venue and date info, etc. This is also your opportunity to specify the colors you want to use. The form is available to you whenever: you may save your progress and return to it as needed. Since we only sell a limited number of sets of each suite, it’s a good idea to buy now, even if you’re still debating whose name comes first on the invite. Just please be aware that our turnaround time is 4–6 weeks from the date on which we receive your completed form.
Once we get that sweet form, we will get to work on your design. You’ll first receive a digital proof in the form of a JPEG image sent to your email address, followed by a printed proof mailed to your shipping address. Both of these steps require your sign-off (or revision requests) to proceed. We have built a 3-day buffer into the timeline for you to approve each round, but the sooner you approve, the sooner you’ll get your hands on your stationery.

Why is Ephemora limited edition? Ephemora designs are unique and memorable, and we want them to help you express the individuality of your day. Your day becomes an exclusive #EPHEMORAwedding—unique amongst all your friends. Every suite that Ephemora releases will only be available for sale to 10 events. After that, a sold-out suite is retired forever. But fear not! We will release a new collection of 5 suites every 6 months, so there will always be something fresh and new to see.
Ephemora was developed as a creative project for us, and one of the great things about making our work limited edition is that, frankly, it lights a lil’ fire under our buns to keep creating unusual and unique new work for our clients. It lets us try out new styles, play with trends, and get a little weird without worrying that we will be tied to a product forever. We have a lot of fun developing each suite and love that our model encourages us to come back to creating again and again. For our clients, this means that each suite is special to them and customized for their day—no two suites will look alike.
You’ll know what is right for your event, but traditionally, save the dates are sent out as soon as you have booked a venue, or about 9 months before your celebration. Invitation suites traditionally go out 4–6 months before the wedding. Because Ephemora designs are limited edition, we recommend you purchase your save the dates and invitation suite all in one go, even if you don’t have your event details worked out yet. We’ll complete the save the date first, and we’ll schedule an email to automatically remind you when it’s time to work on your invitation suite. You just tell us when you need to have everything in hand, so that we can accurately schedule that email. Ephemora plans for a 4–6 week turnaround from receiving your completed Event Details form until delivery of your order.
There are bunches of great resources on the internet with advice for phrasing your wedding papers. Heck, we’ll be blogging about that in the very near future. Are your parents hosting and want their names on the dang invites, thankyouverymuch? What cute question can you add to your RSVP card to let all your friends know how clever and fun you are?
You’re welcome to keep it simple and use the phrasing we’ve already written on the cards, but you can also come up with language that feels important and significant to you, and we will make it look just as nice.
Ephemora designs are much different than a lot of other semi-custom stationers out there. Ephemora designs are bold, colorful, and bright, and they shake up the current popular aesthetic. We’ve done our research and tested our products so they are ready to go with your event details. We’ve chosen beautiful super-smooth, bright white papers in two thicknesses that show off your wedding stationery perfectly. We’ve also selected each suite’s fonts to work a variety of wedding styles, from formal to casual, so there is no need to fuss over font options. We love bright colors and will work with you to customize the colors of your suite to match your event or personal tastes. It helps to get your paws on physical copies of the cards you’re ordering before making your decision. You can order a collection sample pack that includes one card from each suite, with an example of each card type.
Purchases of Save the Dates, Invitations, and Thank You cards all include envelopes. For your RSVPs, you may choose either a double-sided postcard or a single-sided card with envelopes. Envelope color may be requested during the discovery process. If you don't have a preference, matching bright white paper envelopes will be provided. Anything that comes with envelopes will include a surplus of 5% of your order quantity. This is in case of last-minute guest list additions, embarrassing spelling errors, etc. Right now, we don’t yet offer envelope printing, but we hope to in the future.
